2. Elegant Menu does not verify the truthfulness or reliability of user-submitted information and accepts no liability for any errors or omissions.
3. As an open platform, any individual may create an account and publish content, including text and images.
4. Users must ensure that all content, including photographs and other images, complies with applicable copyright, trademark, and proprietary rights. By uploading content, users confirm that they have secured all necessary permissions or licenses.
5. Elegant Menu is not responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from the use of copyrighted materials by users.
